Celebrate at the World Cup Afterparty

It's just a week until brooms up in North Myrtle Beach, but the action doesn't stop with the trophy presentation on Sunday. Following the conclusion of the Finals, players and spectators are invited to the House of Blues from 8 p.m. to midnight for the World Cup Afterparty Dance!

The afterparty, sponsored by the City of North Myrtle Beach, will consist of a social followed by a dance. Why come to the afterparty?

• Cash bar (with discounted drinks available from 8-9:30 during the social)
• Prize giveaways including t-shirts, individual USQ memberships, and even vacation giveaways!
• Karaoke during the social
• Food available for purchase
• Photo backdrop to commemorate the weekend
• Celebrate with your fellow quidditch players after a weekend of competition
• Neon dance party, including a laser light show

Tickets will be sold for $10 at the park, and can be purchased at North Myrtle Beach's vendor booth on site, as well as from people walking around selling tickets during the event. The first 3oo people to purchase tickets at the field will get a special gift. Tickets will also be sold at the door for $15.

The afterparty will be held at the North Myrtle Beach House of Blues, just a 10-15 minute drive from the player hotels. The address of the House of Blues is:

The first part of the evening, from 8 to 9:30, will be a social with discounted drinks and food, karaoke, and prize giveaways. Then starting at 9:30, a DJ will preside over the dance. Celebrate with your teammates and your new friends as the last stop on your World Cup journey.
